Our tunnelling/caving session is an exciting and challenging activity and is purpose built. It is almost complete with only the finishing touches and landscaping still to do. If you want to book a session here we can can a date in the diary for you.
The use of the Tunnel System will: supplement and enhance the 24 hour educational curriculum; develop self-knowledge, self-confidence, self-discipline, self-respect, physical capabilities and skills as appropriate. They will attain and experience success, sharpen sensory perception and meet objectives to be met in relation to others, for example, with other members of a group. The children will be able to: plan activities, evaluate progress, share leadership and learn to communicate more effectively.
It will be especially beneficial to those with difficulties and disabilities who would not otherwise be able to take part in a caving experience.
